Jamie Bush is a 1978 Graduate of Boston College.
He Joined Mass Mutual as an agent in 1977 and has been president
of his own insurance brokerage, Bush and Company, since 1982. Bush
and Company, based in Hingham, provides financial and estate planning
to business owners and executives as well as benefit and retirement
plans for companies of all sizes.
In 1989 Jamie and his wife created I Have A Dream
- Boston, a non-profit organization, designed to shepherd the 1989
fourth grade of a Boston elementary school through high school and
college while also providing scholarships to private/parochial schools
and college.
Since 2002, Jamie has been involved in a new non-profit,
The Boston Fellowship, which seeks to gather Boston's Christian
business community from all racial, ethnic, geographic and denominational
backgrounds, that they would develop into a community for their
own benefit and for Boston's.
Jamie and his wife, Sue, have lived in Hingham since
1989 with their children, Sarah and Sam. Prior to that they lived
in Milton and Dorchester where he was involved in several local
boards including Freedom House, Milton Residences for the Elderly
and Milton Hospital.
