When and where will the Career
Fair take place?
Saturday, March 29, 2008, at the Hynes Convention Center, located
at 900 Boylston Street in Boston, MA from 10:30am to 4:00pm
What types of companies/organizations
are expected to attend?
We are pleased to have in attendance numerous exhibitors from
various industries such as finance, health, education, retail
and customer service, hospitality and travel, governmental agencies
and many more.
What makes the “Money with a Purpose” Career
Fair & Conference a solid investment?
There are many reasons why this event is a good investment. CEDA’s
five-year track record in Boston’s local community serves
as a solid foundation for both exhibitors and attendees. In addition,
partnerships with Boston’s various faith-based community
organizations offers a unique opportunity to meet potential candidates
that are likely to share your organizations core-values of integrity
and the pursuit of excellence in a job well done. Lastly, the
launch of a robust advertising/public relation campaign will
help to complete the necessary elements needed for a successful
event.
In addition to the Career Fair,
what else is going on?
During the day’s “Money with a Purpose” Career
Fair & Conference each organization is invited to CEDA’s
VIP Power Networking Luncheon. In addition, the day’s agenda
also includes speakers and various workshops. Some of the workshop
topics covered range from how to write a fantastic resume to
strategies in developing a personal financial budget.
How will the “Money with a Purpose” Career
Fair & Conference be promoted?
The “Money with a Purpose” Career Fair & Conference
will be promoted at the grassroots level through our community
partners, faith-based community networks, colleges and universities,
posters, mailers, local and Greater Boston newspapers and radio.
Additionally, CEDA will send out frequent email blast to its’ membership
of over 1,500 people and organizations.
Do we design our own ad
for the Day’s
Program Guide?
Usually exhibitors design their own ads, however if you wish,
we can assist in the design of your ad at an additional fee.
Advertisement artwork designed by exhibitor is required by
no later than Friday March 15, 2008. Request for advertisement
artwork to be designed by CEDA must be received by no later
than Friday March 8, 2008.
What are the ad sizes and deliverable
formats?
Advertisement sizes are appropriately sized based on package
levels. Program book advertisement sizes are as follows:
- Full Page Adv. (h: 7.45” X: 4.75”)
- Half Page Adv. (h: 3.65” X: 4.75”)
- Quarter Page Adv. (h: 3.65” X: 2.30”):
Is public parking near the location?
Yes, there are numerous parking facilities in close proximity
to the Hynes Convention Center.
