All information provided below will
appear exactly as shown in the CEDA Career Fair program
guide, which is distributed to all Career Fair & Conference
participants. Please type/print carefully! This information
is not associated with any full or half page ad. Contact
your sales representative to learn about purchasing additional
advertising space. CEDA reserves the right to edit each
description as needed. Only one listing per exhibitor will
be printed. All
Program Guide information must be received no later than
14 days prior to the event to be included. Additional Information
will be sent out and may be requested for layout designs
and options for ads.
ID Signs: Exhibitors
will have their name printed in black lettering on a 3’ wide,
white cardboard sheet, in your booth. Please pay attention
to Upper and Lower Cases, commas, periods, etc.

- All invoice payments are
due either within 14 days of Invoice Date or no later
than 14 business days prior to each event.
- Booth placement/location
priority will be determined on the purchased package
value, and then on a first come- first serve basis.
I have read, understood and accepted
the terms and conditions outlined in this form. I fully
understand that this contract shall become legally binding
upon acceptance of the CEDA organization. I understand
that booths are allocated on a first come, first served
basis however priority will be given to, in order, Corporate
Sponsors: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Premium.
